At Naomi, returns are considered at our discretion and must meet the following conditions.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are not covered by Naomi.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are not guaranteed and may be accepted at our discretion. Where approved, we may offer:
- An exchange (subject to availability)
- Store credit
- A refund, where appropriate
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.
If approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Non-refundable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Worn or used garments
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged through misuse
Refunds
Where a return is approved, refunds may be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Make a Return
- Email us at hello@naominui.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange, credit, or refund where applicable
