Naomi creates sleepwear designed with intention — pieces made to be lived in, rested in, and returned to.
We operate under the laws of New Zealand and are registered in New Zealand under company number 9429052808180.

You will receive an order confirmation email, however your order is only confirmed once it has been accepted and processed by us.
4. Product & Availability
Each Naomi piece is created with care, however:
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen
- Availability may change without notice
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment via:
- Credit and debit cards
- Any additional methods displayed at checkout
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the pricing accordingly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect delivery details
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@naominui.com.
Orders sent to incorrect addresses after this timeframe cannot be refunded.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted at our discretion, provided items are:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are not covered.
If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost.
We do not accept returns on worn garments.
8. Your Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
