Once your order has been dispatched via NZ Post, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 5-8 business days
Delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Any applicable duties or taxes for Australian orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the NZ Post system.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If you need to update your address, contact us at hello@naominui.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
Orders sent to incorrect addresses after this timeframe cannot be refunded.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry with NZ Post on your behalf.
